Dave & Jackie Nusbaumer got married in 1989 and started Pioneer Valley Farm in 2000. They started on a farm out in Ottawa, IL and now just run it from their property. Jackie & Dave have 5 wonderful children who all grew up working on the farm. Erik, Gunter, and Gavin are in the process of taking over the business for their parents! Everyone is looking forward to this transition and business will still run the same as it did before. There are things we work on year round but once October hits we are working 7 days a week to make sure our customers are satisfied with their orders!
